Inasal Grilled Turkey Legs | Lemongrass, Achuete
The legs are marinated for 2 days with lemongrass, ginger, fish sauce and calamansi. Grilled to perfection!

Butternut Squash Soup | Palapa Maguindanao, Coconut Milk
Roasted butternut squash is cooked with coconut milk and seasoned with fish sauce for that extra umami bomb. It is garnished with pumpkin seeds and Palapa Maguindanao - an aromatic condiment of toasted coconut flakes, garlic, onion and ginger
Lechon Pork Belly
Lechon: Traditionally a spit-roasted whole hog, marinated with lemongrass, garlic, black pepper and bay leaves; we braise our marinated pork belly, then fry until crispy.
