IT IS A COMMUNAL MEAL WHERE A SPREAD OF RICE AND DIFFERENT "ULAM" ARE PRESENTED ON BANANA LEAVES. THE DIFFERENT MAIN DISHES SHOWCASE THE FRESHEST OF THE REGION WHERE THE MEAL IS PREPARED.
